Annotation Selection And Locking

Here we demonstrate selection and locking of annotations

- Drawn annotations with the left mouse button.
- Clicking "Lock Selected Annotation" will lock the selected annotation, preventing it from being edited.
- Clicking "Select Random Annotation" will select a random annotation on the viewport.
